Premarital Therapy
Getting married is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make. But preparing for marriage is just as important as planning the wedding.
Research shows that couples who invest in premarital counseling are significantly more likely to enjoy lasting, fulfilling relationships. Studies indicate that couples who participate in premarital therapy are 30–50% more likely to describe their marriage as “very happy” and are 30–50% less likely to divorce than those who don’t.
Premarital counseling helps you explore important topics like communication, conflict resolution, finances, intimacy, family goals, and expectations—before they become sources of stress in your marriage. It’s not just about solving problems; it’s about building the skills to face them together.
